Ashok Yadav has over six years of experience in the development sector, specialising in community engagement and grassroots initiatives. He has worked extensively in roles including teaching, community mobilisation, and program implementation. Before joining Oorja, Ashok served as a Block Coordinator with ActionAid Association under the Nai Pahal project, where he played a key role in facilitating rural communities' access to essential social security schemes. He has also contributed to impactful initiatives with organizations like the Aga Khan Foundation and RJSS Health Department. Ashokâs expertise includes building community-based organizations, driving grassroots programs, and fostering meaningful change in underserved communities.
