An avid social worker, Pratima started her career with Aga Khan Foundation in 2016 and worked with underserved Dalit and minority communities on pre-school education. Soon, she moved into a low-carbon agriculture project where she promoted solar pumps, organic agriculture, biogas, tree plantation and animal husbandry. Pratima has solid grassroots work experience and has joined our field team as a Farmer Advisor in Bahraich to deliver climate-smart farmer advisory to Oorja's customers and expand her scope of knowledge and experience in clean energy and sustainable agriculture.
