For non membership based services (e.g. milling and cooling), we only collect information willingly supplied by our users. Information will be shared only when under contractual agreement with said third-party organisations, and only for the purposes stated within this policy.

Data retention: We may retain user data after the termination of the membership contract only for as long as is necessary, up to a period of 2 years, for the purposes set out in this privacy policy. We will also retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
