Anup is a trained Agriculture and Soil & Water Conservation Engineer with over seven years of experience in agriculture, rural food security, and climate-resilient development. He has worked extensively on irrigation command area development through renewable energy, adaptation of clean energy solutions in agriculture, natural resource management, organic farming, agronomic practices, and holistic rural development. His expertise also includes soil and water testing, pressurized irrigation systems, bio-input production, sanitation facility development, and livelihood generation through poultry, fisheries, and vegetable cluster development. Before joining Oorja, Anup was associated with the Aga Khan Foundation (India) and the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, contributing to impactful projects in sustainable agriculture and rural transformation.
